If you have not already created an account with fry’s, it is important that you know that you will not be able to access any of your account information until one has been created. In order to create, manage and maintain your own account you will need to have the following: an internet ready device such as a computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet.  Internet Explorer 4 or higher. Your browser must be able to support 128-bit encryption and be Javascript enabled. If you wish to print and retain statements you will need a printer.

In an attempt to help save the environment, fry’s has gone green and hopes that you understand that when you enroll in their online services, by default you will automatically be set up to receive your statements electronically through email.

If you do not wish to be notified electronically, you do have the option to opt out and receive your notices through regular mail. Simple instructions are as follows:

• Click through your account to find “Account Info“
• Next select “Change Delivery Method“
• Finally choose to “Receive Paper Statements Only“

If you access your account to make a payment after 5pm MT your payment will not post until the following day. If you wish to have a payment post the same day that the payment is made, it must be paid before 5pm MT.

If for any reason you become locked out of your account, you must wait 1 day (24 hours) before you will be able to access your account again. There is no way to avoid the 24 hour wait period. It is a safety feature for your protection, and for this reason not even the customer service department will be able to unlock your online account for any reason.  Your statement includes a phone number that allows you to reach fry’s directly. If you cannot make a payment and you need to get ahold of someone, make sure to use the phone number given.  www.fryscredit.com encrypts all information given to them for your security and privacy.

How to Sign in

Once you have accessed the official login page found at www.fryscredit.com you will need to have your user name and password avalaible. Input them into the required boxes located towards the top right of your screen. Click submit.

How to Register for a Frys Credit Account

• In order to access your information online, you will need to create an account first. The process is simple
• In the register now box enter your credit card number
• below the credit card number you will need to input the name on card. It is important that you enter the name exactly as it appears on your credit card in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS
• Click Submit.
• Complete the requested information to complete registering your new account.
